Whether you need Genie lift parts in Alaska, Skyjack parts in Northern Canada, or urgent replacements anywhere in the USA, we’ll get them to you fast.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

• Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off:

  • For products stocked in our Richmond, BC warehouse, orders placed before 2 p.m. PST typically ship the same day.

  • For distributor-supplied items, same-day shipping depends on the distributor’s backlog. Orders placed before 12 p.m. usually ship the same day, but Mondays or post-weekend backlogs can cause delays.

• Fulfillment Rates:

  • Approximately 90% of orders from our warehouse ship the same day.

  • Approximately 70% of distributor-supplied orders ship the same day.

Delivery Times

• Typical Delivery: 2–4 business days to most locations across Canada and the USA.

• Remote or northern destinations like Alaska, Yukon, and Northern Quebec may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

• Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Our Shopify system automatically calculates the best available rates for you.
